The classic flavours are included in the prices above (each tier can – and indeed I advise should! – be a different flavour to offer your guests the best possible eating experience), and premium flavours are charged at around £5 – £20 more per tier.
I offer taster samples as part of my wedding cake service, either at the design consultation or in boxes, which can be posted or collected.
The Classic Selection
Vanilla bean sponge and buttercream with raspberry or strawberry conserve.
Chocolate Fudge Cake
Decadent chocolate sponge with your choice of filling: vanilla, chocolate, salted caramel or raspberry buttercream.
Orange chocolate sponge and buttercream with orange curd.
Salted caramel sponge and buttercream with salted caramel drizzle.
Zesty Lemon Cake
Zesty lemon sponge with lemon buttercream and zingy lemon curd. (Why not give it the royal treatment with the optional addition of elderflower?).
Orange & Passionfruit
Zesty orange sponge with passionfruit syrup and buttercream and a zingy orange curd.
Cookies & Cream
Alternating vanilla and chocolate sponge with crushed Oreo buttercream.
Rich chocolate fudge cake layered with kirsch, cherry conserve and vanilla buttercream.
The Premium Selection
Raspberry, White Chocolate & Prosecco
Raspberry and white chocolate sponge with a splash of Prosecco, filled with white chocolate and Prosecco ganache and raspberry conserve.
Rich chocolate sponge cake layered with chopped hazelnuts and chocolate hazelnut buttercream.
Triple Chocolate Ganache Fudge Cake
Decadent chocolate fudge cake with white, milk and dark Belgian chocolate ganache filling.
Fluffy red velvet sponge with a hint of cocoa, and vanilla buttercream.
Nutty Carrot Cake
Nutty and spiced carrot cake with vanilla or orange zest buttercream.
Light almond sponge with almond buttercream and cherry conserve.
Coconut sponge with coconut buttercream, rum syrup and pineapple jam.
